Once an application is submitted, it will be reviewed by staff and, if complete and accepted, a recommendation will be made to the Board of Directors for the Sale and Conveyance of property in accordance with the proposal submitted. Additional items may be requested in addition to those identified on the application under Minimum Development Requirements.
